We’re a mobile repair operation, so there’s no front counter or waiting room to visit. We come to you. The quickest way to get help is a phone call. You’ll talk to someone who can tell you what’s likely wrong, give you a free quote, and schedule a visit to your home, your work lot or wherever your car is parked.
We take calls seven days a week: Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Most Lubbock calls get a same day visit.

No, and that’s on purpose. We’re mobile only. We come to your driveway, your work lot or wherever your car is parked in Lubbock and the nearby towns. No drop off, no waiting room.
How fast can you get to me?
Most calls inside Lubbock get a same day visit, especially if you call in the morning. You get an arrival window on the phone before we head out.
Do you charge a trip fee?
Not inside Lubbock. Levelland and Plainview carry a small trip fee, and we tell you the amount on the phone first.
What if my car needs a shop instead?
We tell you on the phone or right after the diagnosis. If your car needs a lift or heavy shop equipment, you pay only for the diagnostic visit.
